In this far corner
Where do I go?
Where do I seek?
Who will lead me to You?
Whom should I serve?

O precious jewel, Guru Granth Sahib ji
The most precious of all
You are the Gurus, the Saints
You are my Sadh Sangat
I kneel down and touch your feet, O Guru!
Your are the Guru's door
Show me the path, O Guru!

O Guru, bless me with Your remembrance day and night
Fill me with the deepest love for You

All other things are false
Bless me with the destiny to be absorbed in You.

Silent cries
Static currents
Alone together
Minute Infinity

The taste of salt is not sweet
Sweetness is in your grace
In your grace is your presence
Your presence is everything!

My lips are weary of salt
My face burns of dryness
Please have mercy on me, my Guru
I am a beggar, the lowest a person can be
Please, merciful Guru, have pity on me!

O Guru Gobind, our father
I fall upon your feet, your holy feet
O exalted one, the king of kings
The bravest, the kindest
The highest, the humblest
The brightest, the wisest
The greatest, the greatest!

This head is yours, Father
O king, O supreme king
Yours a million times!

My gauche voice, your beautiful poems
Singing, my voice fades, hands go numb
But the heart continually yearns;
Listen to the music of my heart, my Guru!
Your music, your poetry, for you!

You are everything, you are everything!

An unescorted boat, floating by in the sky
O cloud of uncertainty, have you lost your way?
The sheep astray, she has fallen into a deep pit!
You have not followed your shepherd
Alone, you are worthless and you are dissolving in air!
The Shepherd's music is perceived only by willing hearts;
Where the hearts meet and resound, rain comes down!
